Garlic Extract Allicin is a trithioallyl ether compound naturally present in the bulbs of the lily family garlic. Antibacterial effect against a variety of Gram-positive and Gram-negative bacteria, against bacilli (Shigella bacillus, Salmonella typhi, Escherichia coli, B. pertussis), fungi (Candida albicans, Cryptococcus, Aspergillus fumigatus), virus (cytomegalovirus) ), amoeba, vaginal trichomoniasis, aphids, etc. have inhibitory killing effect, especially for enterobacteria such as Escherichia coli and Shigella. Clinical studies have found that this product has a significant preventive effect on bone marrow transplant patients complicated by cytomegalovirus infection.
